Job description

We’re looking for a bold and strategic EVP Project Manager to lead and embed our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across the organisation. This role is critical in shaping how our people experience Red Bull Racing—from candidate attraction to employee engagement and retention.

You’ll own the full lifecycle of our EVP project—developing a clear project plan and timeline, deliver on that plan by driving the project forward and partnering with key stakeholders across the business to bring our values to life.

You’ll blend strong strategic approach with storytelling, insight, innovation and creativity to champion what it truly means to work at Red Bull Technology Group.

Your Impact:

EVP Ownership & Activation
  • Project manage the implementation and evolution of the internal EVP across the Red Bull Technology Group (RBTG).
  • Translate EVP pillars into tangible campaigns, toolkits, and experiences that resonate with employees at all levels and across all departments.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Internal Comms, and L&D to ensure EVP is visible throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Measure the impact of EVP activations through employee insights, engagement metrics, and feedback loops.

Employer Brand Strategy

  • Shape and execute an employer brand roadmap that supports our people first strategy and culture goals.
  • Partner with the wider Internal Comms & Brand team to ensure alignment with global brand tone and guidelines.

Internal Engagement & Collaboration

  • Act as an ambassador for our values—working cross-functionally to embed them in ways of working, rituals, and recognition.
  • Support People team initiatives such as onboarding, inclusion, performance, and culture through consistent messaging.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to support EVP milestones.

Content & Communication

  • In partnership with Internal Communications team, create clear, consistent, and creative internal messaging -videos, digital assets, print collateral, and events, in collaboration with HR & Internal Comms.
  • Support the management of internal brand channels (e.g., intranet, internal events, employee spotlights) to drive connection and engagement.

About You:

  • You're a proven and strong project manager with experience delivering strategic goals on a company-wide level and campaigns across multiple stakeholders and channels.
  • You have proven experience in working with HR on Employee Engagement Projects such as embedding Values and EVP across an organisation in high-performance or fast-paced environments.
  • You're an exceptional storyteller who can craft messages that are both strategic and emotionally engaging.
  • You understand the importance of data and insight in shaping strategic decisions You’re energised by culture and passionate about bringing company values to life in a way that’s authentic and impactful.
  • Motorsport or Sporting sector knowledge is a plus—but what matters most is curiosity, creativity, and alignment with our values.
