Red Bull Technology Group is seeking an EVP Project Manager in Milton Keynes to lead the Employee Value Proposition across the organization. This hybrid role involves project management, strategy development, and collaboration with HR to enhance employee engagement. This role is critical in shaping how our people experience Red Bull Racing—from candidate attraction to employee engagement and retention.
You’ll own the full lifecycle of our EVP project—developing a clear project plan and timeline, deliver on that plan by driving the project forward and partnering with key stakeholders across the business to bring our values to life.
You’ll blend strong strategic approach with storytelling, insight, innovation and creativity to champion what it truly means to work at Red Bull Technology Group.
