As Sponsorship Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our sponsors and exhibitors have an outstanding experience, from initial onboarding to post-event follow-up.

Role Overview

As part of the sponsor success team, you’ll be a trusted partner to our sponsors, ensuring their goals are met with excellence, creativity, and care. Key Responsibilities

Sponsor & Exhibitor Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors and exhibitors, delivering a high-touch, personalized experience.
  • Represent TM Forum with professionalism and positivity, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships by understanding sponsor objectives and proactively identifying ways to add value.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently across email, phone, and virtual meetings, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Operational Excellence

  • Take full ownership of sponsor deliverables, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.
  • Develop and manage tailored communication plans that keep sponsors informed, engaged, and excited.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Conference Production, Event Operations) to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage sponsor assets (logos, content, booth plans) with precision and care, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Provide expert guidance on booth design and logistics, helping sponsors make the most of their presence.
  • Deliver exceptional on-site support, resolving challenges quickly and positively to ensure a smooth experience.

Project & Event Support

  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of sponsorship materials, bringing fresh ideas and attention to detail.
  • Support the development of insightful post-event reports that highlight value delivered and opportunities for future growth.
  • Provide responsive support across shared inboxes and assist with broader event operations as needed.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event management, project management, sponsorship fulfillment, and/or client success roles.
  • A natural relationship builder with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence and calm.
  • Excellent communicator—both written and verbal—with a positive, solutions-driven approach.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and energized by challenges and deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player who brings enthusiasm, flexibility, and initiative to every project.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to support event success.
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g. Salesforce, Monday.com).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to interpret and work with technical floorplans (desirable).
  • Good understanding of print-ready artwork specifications (e.g. bleeds, resolution, formats) and how to brief or assess artwork (desirable).
