We are now looking for an experienced Events Sous Chef to join our team and play a crucial part in successfully launching our brand in this new neighbourhood. Reporting to the Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for creating high quality seasonal dishes, canapes, and bowl food to enhance the guest experience across our meeting & events space.
The Hox in Edinburgh will feature 214 bedrooms inspired by Georgian heritage, a main restaurant, a large lobby & bar, a big event space, and The Apartment — our unique meetings and events concept.
Experience Italian glam and romance at Patatino, our all-day restaurant designed to evoke the joy of long, convivial meals shared with friends on the Amalfi coast, with pizza, pasta, and Negroni!
