De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking a Meeting & Events Sales Executive. You will handle enquiries, prepare proposals and coordinate bookings, ensuring every detail is captured and shared with the hotel team to deliver successful events.

You’ll build warm client relationships, provide professional service, and stay organised while managing multiple enquiries and priorities in a busy hospitality environment. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries and bookings.
• Experience in events, hospitality or customer-facing roles is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and coordinate bookings seamlessly.
• Build genuine relationships with clients and provide warm, professional service.
