We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Event Sales Executive to join a leading UK event caterer at a landmark venue in the City of London.
Hosting everything from high-level corporate conferences and networking receptions to weddings, dinners, and private celebrations, this is a role where every day brings something new—and where attention to detail and client care truly set you apart.

You’ll focus on mainly reactive sales, managing the entire client journey from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up.
You’ll be the face of the business for incoming leads—understanding their needs, shaping bespoke proposals, and ensuring their vision comes to life flawlessly.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding promptly to all event enquiries—turning interest into confirmed bookings.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate, private, and commercial clients.
  • Prepare and deliver venue show rounds and tailored proposals.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and schedules.
  • Manage the full client journey from enquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Ensure clear internal communication for seamless event delivery.

  • Commercial awareness with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
