The Crafts Council Gallery seeks an organized Events Co-ordinator to plan and deliver a range of events and projects. You will work across exhibitions, talks, receptions and fundraising activities, coordinating timelines, vendors, guest lists and on-site delivery to raise the profile of QEST and alumni networks.

You will also support communications and budgeting activities, and help manage data through our CRM and fundraising platforms, ensuring successful post-event evaluation and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Organise and deliver events with timelines, liaising with third parties and alumni.
• Coordinate curation, logistics, guest lists and on-site operations.
• Conduct post-event evaluation and reporting.
• Assist with developing and delivering other projects and opportunities as needed.
• Build guest lists and track event attendance in CRM (Salesforce).
• Send invitations and manage responses in Eventbrite.
• Host online fundraising auctions on platforms like Givergy.
• Utilise Microsoft Office Suite.
