Events Porter - Old Windsor

De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor features a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centerpiece. It is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. The size of the hotel allows for a variety of food and beverage outlets and some great bars on site, hosting conferences, events, and weddings.

Location and Accessibility: Just 3 miles from Windsor, minutes from J13 of the M25, and 15 minutes from Heathrow. Egham station is also 3 miles away with fast connections to London Waterloo and Reading.

Role Overview

We are recruiting an Events Porter to join our team at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and clearing all event spaces for occasions such as weddings, awards nights, or conferences, ensuring every detail is considered.
• Support event service to ensure guests have an excellent experience and memorable moments are created.

This is a full-time role involving various shifts, including weekends and late finishes.

Compensation and Benefits

£12.21 per hour, meals on duty, and access to wages via Wagestream.

Candidate Profile

• Attention to detail to ensure perfect event setups.

Previous experience in a similar role or working with events is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for willing learners.
