Job summary

Landmark London is seeking an Events Planning Manager to join our Conference & Banqueting Office on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. You will deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and colleagues, bringing energy to a happy and diverse team opposite Marylebone station and near Baker Street/Edgware Road.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that an effective contract handover has taken place with the Event Sales team.
• To assist clients in the organisation of details relating to their functions, giving logistical and operational advice.
• Ensure all event details are communicated in a timely manner to the relevant departments.
• Attend precon and debrief meeting with clients.
• Be present on the day of the event in order to introduce your own clients to the operations team and ensure a smooth and detailed hand over. To stay and supervise service for all own social events till it is appropriate to leave and be available during larger corporate events.
