The Landmark London Hotel is seeking an experienced Events Planning Manager to join our Conference & Banqueting Office on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.

Qualifications

• Experience in events planning and client liaison is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple events and coordinate with sales and operations.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective contract handover with the Event Sales team.
• Assist clients in organising event details and provide logistical guidance.
• Communicate event details to relevant departments in a timely manner.
• Attend precon and debrief meetings with clients.
• Be present on event day to oversee operations and handover to the team.
