Compassion UK & Ireland in Fleet (Hampshire) is seeking an experienced Events Operations & Volunteer Team Leader on a fixed-term maternity cover. You will lead the team responsible for event advocacy, volunteer support, resources and delivery, helping to equip others to represent Compassion with excellence.

This full-time role (35 hours per week) is based at Compassion House. The salary is £33,915 per annum and the closing date for applications is 11 November 2026.

In this role, you'll lead the team responsible for event advocacy, volunteer support, resources and operational delivery, helping to equip others as we work together to release children from poverty in Jesus' name.
