Compassion UK is seeking an Events Advocacy & Resourcing Team Leader to oversee a team that equips advocates, events and partnerships with practical support and resources. You will ensure processes run smoothly and delivery expectations are met, empowering teams and volunteers across Compassion’s events strategy.

The role is office-based at Compassion House in Fleet, Hampshire, is a fixed-term maternity cover, full-time (35 hours per week) with a salary of £33,915 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for event advocacy, resourcing and logistics.
• Oversee resources and operational support behind events and advocacy activity.
• Help enable the Events Advocacy and Compassion Church Champions strategies so advocates are trained, supported and confident.
