What you'll do

  • Assisting in leading and coaching the Events team to deliver exceptional service across 240 acres of parkland, including luxury food and beverage service in various settings.
  • Supporting the smooth operation of departments to ensure the best guest experience.
  • Living our core values of Personality, Passion, Respect, Working Together, and Creativity to build our legacy.
  • Coordinating and planning guest stays through interdepartmental communication to ensure memorable experiences.
  • Maintaining effective communication across departments and the extended hotel team.
  • Managing staff welfare, morale, performance reviews, and training as a senior team member.
