We are looking for an Events Operations and In Room Dining Manager to join our Food and Beverage team @Broadwick Soho.

As the Events Operations and In Room Dining Manager at Broadwick Soho, you will oversee the seamless execution of all private events, from intimate gatherings to high-profile functions, ensuring every detail meets our exacting standards. You will also lead the In-Room dining team, delivering outstanding service and amenities directly to our guests rooms. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for luxury hospitality, and a proven track record in managing high-end events and food service operations. Collaborating closely with the Event Sales, Culinary, and Front of House teams, you will supervise and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring every guest experience is flawlessly executed and exceeds expectations.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What do we need from you?

  • Experience in a similar role in an events or private dining luxury hospitality operation.
  • Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport with people easily.
  • A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
  • Ability to work 45 hours over 5 days per week including evenings and weekends.
