We’re looking for an experienced and organised Events Officer to help plan, deliver and evaluate a wide range of high-quality events, both virtual and in person. This role is Leeds-based with the expectation of office attendance once a week minimum (and as required by People Manager).
The events we deliver range greatly from online or in-person forums, conferences, policy launches and webinars to workshops and exhibitions, and they all play a vital role in representing our organisation and supporting workforce development, best practice and future thought leadership across the adult social care sector.
You’ll work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure each event is strategically aligned, tailored to its audience, and run to a high standard. From event scoping and project planning through to promotion, ticket sales, delivery and evaluation, you’ll bring strong attention to detail, a customer-facing and collaborative approach, and a commitment to providing excellent experiences for delegates and partners alike.
This role is suited to someone who is highly organised, confident managing multiple projects simultaneously, comfortable with digital platforms such as Zoom and Teams and CRM systems, maintains great relationships with partners and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. If you have a strong track record in event planning, delivery and evaluation and are looking for a role where you can make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
