A care home management organization is seeking a Marketing & Events Manager to lead marketing strategies and manage community-focused events across their locations in Hove, Horsham, and Bexhill. This role involves engaging the community, ensuring brand consistency, and achieving full occupancy rates. Candidates must have prior experience in marketing and events, strong interpersonal skills, and access to a vehicle.
Location:Hybrid & on-site across our Care Homes
Hours:Full-Time (40 hours/week, flexible, including occasional evenings & weekends)
Salary:£35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
Reports To:CEO
Must have a valid license and have access to their own vehicle.

About the Role:
As ourMarketing & Events Manager, you’ll take ownership of our marketing strategy and community-facing events across three care homes based in Hove, Horsham & Bexhill. You’ll help shape public perception, grow occupancy rates, and bring joy to our residents through thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging experiences. You’ll be the face of our homes—building lasting relationships, managing promotional activities, and ensuring our brand voice shines through every interaction. This role is based across all sites, with some working from home. Flexibility with working hours is required to attend events.
