Job Title: Events Marketing Executive

Location: Hungerford, hybrid working

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000

My client designs and manufactures products and systems within the Renewable Energy sector. Due to their recent success they are looking for to grow their marketing team by adding a Digital Marketing Executive.

Due to the small start up culture they hold close, you will get the opportunity to get stuck into everything marketing, including developing social media staggery & campaigns, create content, manage websites, help organise events & contribute to the overall marketing plan!

Day-to-day you will be...

• Take the lead in planning and coordinating the company’s presence at high-profile exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows—bringing our brand to life on a national and international stage.
• Travel across the UK (and occasionally Europe!) to support the set-up and on-site management of events, ensuring our exhibition spaces make a lasting impact.
• Work closely with creative suppliers to design and produce eye-catching event materials, from stand visuals to promotional items.
• Play a hands-on role in shaping marketing collateral, contributing fresh ideas and supporting the production process.
• Get involved in exciting, cross-channel marketing campaigns, providing valuable project support and collaborating with the wider marketing team.

The ideal candidate will come with the following experience:

• A degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field
• Demonstrated interest in events or marketing through internships, university projects, or extracurricular activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Some understanding of event planning or coordination processes is desirable

My client is based in Hungerford & can offer a hybrid working environment with a 2-3 days in office a week. They also have flexible working, so you can maintain you work-live balance. Along this they can offer a starting salary ranging from £24,000 to £30,000 depending on background & experience
