Do you have a passion for organising events, problem-solving, and bringing people together? As an Events & Marketing Coordinator at Kadans Science Partner, you will play a vital role in creating inspiring events that reinforce our business objectives and bring our vision to life. You will work with internal teams, stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers to develop and execute unique concepts seamlessly. Ensuring effective promotion and reflection of our corporate identity in every event is key.

About The Role

  1. You will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a range of events across UK locations, including workshops, community lunches, expos, milestone celebrations, and company parties.
  2. You will develop and oversee marketing plans for these events, including promotional materials, advertising, and internal communication schedules to ensure cohesive messaging and engagement.
  3. You will collaborate with colleagues and external partners, including our Marketing team and Stakeholder Managers, to align event organisation and promotion with Kadans' tone of voice and brand.
  4. You will manage the event budget, select suppliers, and ensure value is maximized in line with business strategy.
  5. You will keep track of and communicate our events and activities within our local and European events calendar, including scheduling timely communications.
  6. You will handle logistical aspects such as venue booking, guest lists, suppliers, and budget management, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  7. You will build and maintain relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, partners, agencies, and media to enhance company visibility.
  8. You will evaluate event effectiveness, gather market insights, and report to the Senior Leadership Team on the events calendar, requests, and post-event evaluations.
