emap, part of Metropolis Group, is seeking an organised administrator to support Metropolis Education and partner schools. Based in East Croydon, the role covers sales support, invoicing, social media, events, logistics and research with travel for UK and overseas events.
You will work closely with the sales team to ensure timely responses and smooth day-to-day operations, interacting with clients and internal teams to maintain high service levels.
An exciting, varied role in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same. Working in a small team, you will be responsible for all the administrative duties for Metropolis Education and its partner schools through the support of the sales team, invoicing, social media/marketing, events, logistics, planning, communications and research. The role will involve events in the UK and overseas with some travel expected.
We are a small, close-knit team who work in different parts of the country but are very much together. Our work spans events, marketing, and international travel – all while keeping our fantastic clients at the heart of everything we do. Each member of the team wears multiple hats, and we value initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to step in and support each other – whether that’s managing client enquiries, helping at events, and keeping our systems and communications running smoothly. Micro-managing is not in our DNA, so we hope to find someone who can hit the ground running and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
