An established industry player is seeking dynamic Event Managers to join their team during a pivotal growth phase. This role involves enhancing operations, services, and income generation while contributing to a vibrant cultural sector in the community. Job description

We are at a key point of change and growth and you will be part of a team of Event Managers who are key to helping us develop and improve our operations, services, policies and income generation.

  • Permanent
  • Zero-hours contract, c.4-15 hours per week depending on programme

We are looking to build a team of Events Managers quickly and we will follow up applications as they come in.

Salt Arts CIC celebrates the community and places that make SE Cornwall and the Tamar Valley special. We work with individuals, businesses, and community organisations to deliver cultural projects.
Our objectives are to:

  1. Strengthen, diversify and build the cultural sector in the region.
  2. Facilitate a wide range of cultural and creative projects.

Our current major project is launching Saltash Studios, a new creative community hub on Fore Street in Saltash. Most of the events over the next 12 months will be taking place in evenings and weekends at this venue and will include:

  1. Cinema screenings
  2. Live performances/talks
  3. Indoor markets
  4. Creative workshops
  5. Private hire events
  6. Festivals
