Job Description

We are collaborating with this organisation to recruit a talented Events Manager based in Acton (West London), England. This position requires a dedication of five days in the office with convenient on-site parking, along with occasional travel to events in Manchester. The Events Manager will be an integral part of the dynamic events team, working closely with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and delivery frameworks under the direction of the head of events. This pivotal role requires executing retail activations and designing interactive pop-up shop experiences, ensuring streamlined coordination throughout the process. Additionally, the Events Manager will oversee logistics and operations while cultivating relationships with clients and collaborating with in-house teams around the globe. Candidates should ideally possess experience within the retail sector and demonstrate a successful track record in event organisation, with a strong grasp of the creative aspects of event planning. This position also necessitates collaboration with the digital marketing team, particularly with respect to integrating strategies on platforms such as Meta and TikTok. Establishing a cooperative relationship with the head of sales will further enhance the effectiveness of this role.
