We are the independent charity that loves and looks after six of the most wonderful palaces in the world. The palaces are the setting for the stories that shape us all, and we’re bringing them to people in ways that mean more to them.

From corporate events and charity galas to special celebrations, we need a dedicated Events Manager to lead and manage the Tower of London events team and maximise the commercial potential of this world heritage site.

This role involves communication as much as organisation. You will work to continually enhance and promote the reputation of HRP as a world-class portfolio of event venues by providing event organisers, clients, and guests with excellent support and facilities.

You must be a self-starter and quick learner, with the ability to work independently. You should be flexible and adaptable, engaging with all stakeholders, including high-profile individuals. You’ll need to work well in a team environment and possess excellent IT, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements include proven experience managing an events venue and running events operationally. In-depth industry knowledge is essential, and experience within a heritage setting is advantageous.
