Job description

This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.

Are you an experienced, proactive events professional who thrives on delivering seamless, high-impact experiences? CreatorFest is looking for an events manager who understands how to balance creativity, logistics, and commercial goals to deliver a standout experience in the creator marketing space.

CreatorFest is our fast-growing event celebrating creator marketing, bringing brands, creators, and platforms together in London for a unique blend of content, community, and connection. This is your chance to shape one of the most exciting events in the influencer and creator marketing industry.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving events company based in central Bristol. You'll take ownership of the planning, logistics, and delivery of CreatorFest - but this is far more than just operations. You'll play a vital role in evolving the event year-on-year based on market feedback, commercial strategy, and innovation.

You'll work closely with our Portfolio Director, sales team, in-house marketing manager, and designers. You won't need to sell - but you will ensure our sponsors and partners receive outstanding value, and every delegate enjoys a seamless, memorable experience.

From time to time, you may also support other events depending on team workload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of CreatorFest in London
  • Manage timelines, production schedules, and logistics for flawless delivery
  • Liaise with sponsors, speakers, and contractors to ensure expectations are met
  • Own budgets from start to finish, ensuring profitability and accuracy
  • Negotiate with suppliers to deliver quality outcomes within budget
  • Run event apps, onboarding platforms, and digital experiences
  • Champion the attendee and sponsor journey to continually raise NPS
  • Analyse feedback and data to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, content, and marketing

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an event professional with a strong track record in B2B event delivery - someone who combines operational excellence with creative flair, and who understands events as both experiences and commercial products.

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years' experience delivering live B2B events
  • Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Excellent logistical planning and attention to detail
  • Confident working independently and under pressure
  • Confident using modern project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) to plan and execute events efficiently - beyond just spreadsheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and sponsors

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with event apps
  • Knowledge of the influencer or creator marketing industry
  • Familiarity with hosted meetings or curated networking formats
  • Data-led mindset for evaluating performance and driving change
  • HubSpot knowledge

Who You Are

  • A natural organiser with a passion for live experiences
  • Commercially minded and driven by results
  • A creative thinker and calm problem-solver
  • Collaborative, yet able to own your projects with confidence
  • Detail-obsessed without losing sight of the big picture
  • Curious and excited by innovation in the events space

What We Offer

  • 24 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
  • Holiday exchange programme
  • Hybrid working: 3 days from our central Bristol office, 2 days remotely
  • Health cash plan and wellness programme
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • A supportive, ambitious team with a friendly culture
  • Team socials, sundowner drinks, cake Wednesdays, and fresh fruit deliveries
  • A chance to help shape one of the UK's most exciting creator marketing events
