Chilly's is seeking a dynamic Events Manager to execute our brand's vision across campaigns, events, and activations. This role will be instrumental in bringing our disruptive, authentic, and obsessive brand personality to life through meticulously planned and executed experiences that resonate with our discerning tastemaker audience.

Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in event production and project management, particularly with large-scale events, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Experience working in consumer goods or lifestyle sector, preferably with sustainability-oriented or product-driven brands
- Strong understanding of event logistics, vendor relations, and production timelines
- Excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Solid understanding of budgeting and cost control in event management
- Familiarity with health and safety guidelines related to event production
- Availability to occasionally work evenings, weekends, and on-site during events
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field is a plus

Job Responsibilities
ORCHESTRATING THE EXTRAORDINARY
As the Events Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end production of Chilly's campaigns, events, and brand activations, ensuring each touchpoint embodies our disruptive spirit and connects with our urban, creative, and performance-minded consumers. You'll coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver experiences that are as innovative and refined as our products.
- Manage and oversee production of Chilly's campaigns, events, and brand activations, ensuring perfect alignment with our brand values and marketing objectives
- Handle all event logistics including production timelines, operations, staffing, vendor coordination, and on-the-ground execution
- Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and budgets for timely and cost-effective completion
- Work closely with marketing, creative, brand, and design teams to seamlessly integrate campaign elements into events
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary materials, equipment, and services
- Supervise on-site production and event setup, ensuring all activities follow plan and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges during production and event execution
- Keep all events within budget while maintaining our premium quality standards
- Provide regular status updates to senior management on risks, timelines, and progress
- Conduct post-event evaluations and deliver insights to improve future activations
