Job description
Overview

Cranleigh School runs a busy and varied annual programme of events, from conferences and high-profile speakers to open days, drinks events, shows and performances. As Surrey’s foremost co-educational boarding school, these events are an integral part of the experience for students and parents alike and a chance for us to welcome in the wider community.

The successful candidate will be comfortable with all facets of event planning and delivery and will relish being a prominent part of the Cranleigh community. The Event Manager will personally run several major events and play a key role in numerous others, while supporting other departments to ensure all events are delivered successfully. We’re very much looking for ideas and enthusiasm for further developing our events programme.

The role reports to the Director of Communications and will be involved in all aspects of event design and management as well as undertaking Front of House duties at events, ensuring that every attendee, delegate and audience member thoroughly enjoys their time at Cranleigh. The position is full-time and on-site.
