Key Responsibilities for Event Manager

1. Lead the planning and execution of premium events from concept through to on-site delivery.
2. Collaborate with in-house departments to ensure flawless service and execution.
3. Manage large event budgets while maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency.
4. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, suppliers, venues, and contractors.
5. Uphold the brand’s high standards and ensure every detail reflects luxury and excellence.
6. Provide support on wider team projects when needed and promote best practices.

Ideal Candidate for Event Manager

• Proven experience in event management, ideally within the catering or hospitality sector.
• Highly organised with a strong eye for detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and written skills.
• Strong time management and the ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
