We are looking for a talented Events Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced events professional to shape and deliver stand-out experiences that reflect the prestige of our portfolio and strengthen our position as a top-tier wine distributor. From iconic portfolio tastings to exclusive client experiences, you will bring creativity, precision, and flair to every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking, brand-aligned annual events strategy
  • Lead on our flagship annual portfolio tasting, reimagining its format and delivering a memorable and commercially effective showcase
  • Plan and manage events including company conferences, winery tours, customer tastings, and luxury client experiences (e.g. ski or shooting trips)
  • Partner with brand managers to bring to life immersive brand activations that engage, educate, and excite
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and suppliers with a keen eye on ROI and operational excellence
  • Liaise with PR and marketing teams to promote events and maximise visibility
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales, and the wider marketing team

About You

  • A proven track record in planning premium events (wine/hospitality/luxury sector a plus)
  • Creative vision paired with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for wine, food, and hospitality – WSET qualifications advantageous
  • Understanding of the UK on-trade and off-trade wine landscape
  • Polished communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Budgeting experience and strong commercial awareness
  • A refined aesthetic and understanding of luxury customer experiences

Working Pattern

This role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:30pm) but the individual must be flexible according to event and business needs. The applicant must be willing to travel locally and nationally, some evening and weekend work may be required. It is a requirement that the applicant will work from the office at least 3 days a week.
