Overview

Salary c. £30-38,000. Hybrid or Fully Remote role. International travel involved. Our client, a leading Events Agency, is looking to recruit a Project and Senior Project Manager who can demonstrate strong experience gained within an Events Agency to manage the planning and delivery of events on an international basis. You will join a successful team delivering both virtual and live events to clients worldwide, predominantly within healthcare and pharma sectors. The role offers the opportunity to work on eco-friendly events within a collaborative team and the potential for career growth with hybrid or fully remote arrangements and occasional office visits.

What the role will involve:

Responsibilities

• Working proactively with all clients to build and nurture key relationships
• Managing the end-to-end event project lifecycle from early budget negotiations to delivering a client proposal, attending the event as a key face of the team, and post-event evaluation and final reconciliation
• Understanding clients policies, needs and requirements and exceeding expectations to meet KPIs
• Managing all project communication throughout the event and being onsite as part of the team to provide excellent customer service
• Managing the online registration platform, including building websites, maintaining databases, and app development
• Venue management and leveraging supplier relationships to identify and secure venues that exceed expectations
• Supporting and ultimately leading the project events team, ensuring training needs are met and roles/responsibilities are clear

Skills and Knowledge

• Project management experience in a similar PM or Senior Project Management role within an Events Agency is essential
• Knowledge of Healthcare or Pharmaceutical events is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to be the key point of contact with clients, communicating all elements and thinking ahead to exceed expectations
• Excellent organisational skills with clear, effective communication at all levels; proactive and proactive in approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects and the associated logistics
• Events management degree is an advantage
• Flexible, proactive individual with keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to travel internationally as part of the role
