Qualifications

  • DBS check required as standard.
  • Mobility - some travel may be required periodically.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate logistics, crew and equipment for events.
  • Compile event playlists and process event artwork.
  • Create call sheets, technical books and broadcaster-ready documents.
  • Support budgeting and ensure accurate operational costings.
  • Actively record and review event data to create continually improved events.

Skills

Experience in sports broadcast, events or operations
Strong planning, problem-solving and budget management skills
Excellent communicator with senior stakeholders and clients
Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable managing others in a project management environment
Confident with Microsoft Office
Fluency in German or Spanish desirable

Your mission
  • Plan and coordinate logistics, crew and equipment for events
  • Compile event playlists and process event artwork

  • Support budgeting and ensure accurate operational costings

Your Skills & Experience
  • Experience in sports broadcast, events or operations
  • Strong planning, problem-solving and budget management skills
  • Excellent communicator with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing others in a project management environment
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, bonus points for Monday.com, NetSuite and TravelPerk
  • Passion for sport and some flexibility to support live events (occasional evenings/weekends)
  • Fluency in German or Spanish desirable.
  • A DBS check required as standard
  • Mobility - some travel may be required periodically as part of the role.
