Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:

  • Set up and break down event spaces for conferences and banquets, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to manage food and beverage orders for events.
  • Be the key point of contact for any clients on property.
  • Interact with guests to provide exceptional service, taking orders and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Serve food and beverages during events, ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Support team members and collaborate to achieve common goals.

Safety And Company Policies

  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Complete safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Support the team to reach common goals.
