THE ROLE

Due to ambitious growth plans, there is now an opening for an Events Hire Co-ordinator to join the team. The role involves organizing equipment transport, interpreting client briefs, and assisting with AV equipment needs. It is suitable for someone with logistics experience or a technical AV background.

  • Interpreting clients' event expectations
  • Explaining technical details in understandable terms
  • Managing budgets
  • Coordinating crew logistics including travel and accommodation
  • Upselling equipment and collaborating with internal departments
