Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Satisfaire les besoins en espèces pour les événements.
  • Fournir un soutien sur place pour les terminaux de paiement.
  • Superviser et effectuer les opérations de caisse lors des événements.
  • Équilibrer les registres et générer des rapports de vente.
  • Maintenir un inventaire précis des terminaux de cartes.
  • Effectuer des vérifications hebdomadaires du coffre-fort.
  • Traiter les paiements en espèces, par carte et numériques de manière sécurisée.
  • Résoudre les problèmes des systèmes EPOS et des terminaux de paiement.
  • Assurer la conformité avec les politiques et réglementations financières.

About the role

The Event Finance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day cash and revenue operation requirements of the business. This role ensures efficient cash handling, revenue reconciliation, and the smooth operation of the company’s EPOS systems and payment terminals. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fulfil cash and change needs for events.
  • Provide onsite support for payment terminals.
  • Oversee and conduct cashiering operations at events.
  • Balance registers and generate sales reports.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of card terminals.
  • Conduct weekly safe checks and ensure cashbook reconciliation.
  • Process cash, card, and digital payments securely.
  • Troubleshoot EPOS system and payment terminal issues.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations

About you

  • Previous experience working with cash and taking payments is essential.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • High levels of accuracy and ability to problem solve.
