Job description

Events Executive Role in a Highly Regarded Tech-Focused Law Firm

Our client, an extremely established international technology-focused law firm, is seeking an Events Executive to join their team. This role offers a high level of responsibility, managing events across their multiple offices in Scotland, with a 50% hybrid working model.

The position will be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow and involves managing and executing in-person events across Scottish offices. You will report to an Events Team Lead and collaborate with several Events Managers who are eager to develop and mentor junior team members. This is an exciting opportunity for an Events Executive with professional services experience looking to grow their career within a collaborative team environment.

Key Duties of the Role Include:
  1. Manage and execute in-person events across Scotland offices.
  2. Oversee the Scottish events calendar.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee the full event lifecycle, from budgeting to post-event analysis.

While experience in the legal sector is preferred, candidates from wider professional services backgrounds will also be considered.
