Overview

Events Executive for a rapidly expanding events business specialising in targeting the business community. This is a remote role with a salary up to £32,000 per annum plus benefits. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating and delivering webinars and in-person events
• Comms and marketing of events to membership, on website and social media
• Membership admin: applications and enquiries (managing the info@ inbox)
• Comms and logistics of venue (including catering), speaker (including presentations) and delegates
• CRM: maintaining database management
• Event data: management, including client enquiries
• Databases management: of speakers, venues, and other resources
• Coordinating regular in-person events, dinners, roundtables and workshops

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous client-facing events experience with some knowledge of marketing around events. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be excited to work across a variety of events and projects. A confident, well-organised individual with a can-do attitude would be perfect for this role.
