A leading cancer charity in London is seeking an ambitious Events Executive to support its High Value Events team. In this role, you will manage both large and smaller events, ensure high standards of event delivery, and engage with high-value audiences. You will need excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a positive, solution-focused attitude to make each event a success. Join us and make a difference in the fight against cancer.

Salary: £23,750 p.a. inclusive of London Weighting + excellent benefits

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to...

  • Support the Events Managers with project management and delivery of large events within the cultivation and stewardship events programme
  • Project manage smaller events, such as business breakfasts and networking events
  • Work with internal teams to improve and develop administrative event processes
  • Manage the event guest list strategy, ensuring mailing and response processes are clear and consistent
  • Provide support at events, often outside of office hours
  • Work with internal teams to become an expert on events data and how we can successfully use this.

You’ll need to be extremely organised and have a solution-focused skillset to provide administrative and delivery support to the events programme. By doing so, you’ll ensure our events are audience-centric, innovative and of the highest professional quality.
