This is a phone-based role where you’ll hold engaging, high-level conversations with senior-ranking military figures from around the world. You’ll be responsible for inviting them to attend exclusive international events as VIP guests. Working from a proven outreach process, your job is to connect the right people with the right opportunities - helping drive growth while building a powerful network.

What you'll be doing:

• Holding daily qualitative phone conversations with senior military officers
• Personally researching and identifying new leads across global defence sectors
• Hitting activity and outreach targets for volume and duration
• Becoming a key contributor to event attendance success
• Working closely with conference production and commercial teams
• Representing the business at international events
