Up to £27,000 pa

Bicester, Oxfordshire - but with the requirement to travel and work at venues and events across the UK

Permanent, 40 Hrs per week across 5 out of 7 days

ROLE OVERVIEW

The primary objective of this role is to assist in the planning, facilitation, implementation, and execution of a catering operation that delivers a premium guest, spectator, and supporter experience, alongside ensuring operational quality and excellence are maintained.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members, and project teams and revise them based on changing needs and requirements
  2. Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery
  3. Compile and submit project status reports to clients, management, and other stakeholders
  4. Work effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation
  5. Develop excellent leadership, customer relations, and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders
  6. Implement any necessary changes throughout the process
  7. Develop and implement action plans to enable proper time, resource, and process management

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  1. Previous experience in an Event Coordinator or Project Planner role
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
