Job summary

ASOS is seeking an Events Assistant to help plan and deliver a wide range of fashion event experiences. You will collaborate with Brand, Comms and the wider business, taking ownership of tasks and providing reliable support to ensure events run smoothly.

The role offers hands‑on responsibilities, from admin and logistics to on‑the‑day delivery, with opportunities to learn and grow within a fast‑paced, inclusive company culture.

Qualifications

• Super organised with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and proactive; you ensure tasks are completed.
• Comfortable with admin tasks and practical on‑the‑spot help.

Responsibilities

• Support event administration: timelines, checklists, guest lists, RSVPs, contact sheets, schedules and shared folders.
• Research venues and suppliers, request quotes and maintain records.
• Assist with POs, invoices, expenses and budget trackers under guidance.
• Prepare event materials: name badges, signage, briefing packs, seating plans, on‑the‑day kits.
• Provide practical support during event setup, live delivery and breakdown.
