Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking an Events Coordinator to join their busy team, coordinating face-to-face and virtual conferences from concept to completion.

You will work with internal stakeholders, suppliers and speakers to ensure flawless delivery, manage timelines and event materials, and support registrations and reporting.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an Events Coordinator or Event Management role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver face-to-face and virtual events from start to finish.
  • Manage event timelines and ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers, sponsors, speakers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate speaker logistics, including travel arrangements and event materials.
  • Support event registrations and online event platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to produce event collateral and promotional content.
  • Monitor attendee numbers and assist with event reporting and evaluations.
  • Ensure all event materials are produced to a high standard and meet brand guidelines.

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Events Coordinator to join their busy and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous events experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional events from concept through to completion.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, sponsors and speakers, you will support the planning and delivery of a range of high-profile events, conferences and virtual sessions, ensuring every event runs smoothly and provides an excellent experience for attendees.

Key Responsibilities
