Job Title: Events Coordinator III
Location: Onsite – at Kings Cross, London
Rate: up to £300 per day PAYE
Contract Duration: 12 Months

In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in creating exceptional first impressions for new hires—supporting both the pre-start process and onsite onboarding events. You’ll be part of a high-performing team, ensuring every touchpoint in the new hire journey is smooth, impactful, and aligned with our commitment to excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating and supporting onsite onboarding events
- Managing logistics and communications related to pre-start processes
- Ensuring operational consistency and process improvement across onboarding workflows
- Providing high-level customer service and support to new hires and internal teams
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class new hire experience
- Navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in a fast-changing environment

- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities across concurrent projects
- Confident in public speaking and thriving in high-energy, large event settings
- Experienced in MS Office and Google Suite
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with employee onboarding and/or large-scale events
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- 4+ years of professional experience in event coordination or related fields
