What You'll Be Doing

As an Events Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing events to life from concept to completion. You'll manage your own portfolio of events while also supporting the wider team on larger-scale projects. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating all aspects of event planning and delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Liaising with venues, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution
  • Designing and updating floor plans in collaboration with sales and technical teams
  • Managing event logistics including staffing, show guides, and contractor arrangements
  • Overseeing outsourced services such as security, traffic marshals, and temporary staff
  • Keeping exhibitor information up to date using the Ffair platform
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and contributing to team meetings
  • Supporting marketing and publishing teams with cross-functional tasks

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in coordinating events or exhibitions
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Confidence in dealing with clients, suppliers, and contractors

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Degree educated (not essential)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
  • Experience with Ffair and InDesign (training provided if needed)
