Portico is currently recruiting for an Events Coordinator for our team based at an American multinational investment bank and financial services company in the City.

The Events Coordinator will work closely with our Conference Services Manager, taking ownership of the coordination and smooth running of all events at the office. They will ensure that client requests are managed in a timely manner and a seamless, professional service is consistently delivered.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, from Mon-Fri
Salary: £32,894
The successful candidate must be friendly, innovative, led by service excellence, with excellent attention to detail. Previous experience of overseeing service delivery within a 5-star hotel or high-end corporate environment is essential.
