NEW ROLE – EVENTS COORDINATOR
With an exciting and busy summer season ahead, we’re seeking an exceptional individual to provide admin and coordination support to our Operations and Creative teams.
This is a full-time position for a highly organized person who is meticulous with details!
You will be based in our Battersea studio, working Monday to Friday. The initial contract will be for 3 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

ABOUT YOU
You are detail-oriented, extremely organized, with an agile and creative mindset. Precision is key in everything we do, and you thrive on dotting the I’s and crossing the t’s.
You are a passionate multitasker, committed to providing superb client service at every stage. You work well under pressure and approach challenges with a positive attitude!
You possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Some experience in the vibrant world of events is a plus, but not essential.
A TYPICAL DAY
You will work closely with the Operations and Creative teams to gather all necessary information for each event, including checking timings, schedules, staff, and vehicle details. You serve as the link between the two teams, providing updates and assisting with follow-ups.
You will liaise with venues and provide operational details as required.
Update scheduling templates.
Create proposals and quotes for small events.
Assist in sourcing and hiring props and sundries.
Book meetings, respond to new inquiries, and answer phone calls.
