Job DescriptionPortico are currently recruiting for an Events Coordinator to join our team based at the offices of one of the most famous financial companies in the world!
The team take pride in being the service partner selected to deliver an intuitive service, with careful planning and faultless standards. They have a special can-do, flexible approach and relish the opportunity to keep raising the bar, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
The Events Coordinator will manage all event enquiries from start to completion, including liaising with all relevant departments to ensure the smooth running. They will hold weekly event meetings with all service teams to relay information around upcoming events, as well as creating and consistently implementing SOPs for all aspects of the Portico service.
Relationship management will be key for the successful candidate, as they manage, maintain, and develop relationships with key stakeholders across the business to get to know their needs and transfer these to the service, whilst remaining the main point of contact and escalation for all things community and amenity within the building.
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 8am-6pm, from Monday-Friday.
Salary: £28,600 per annum
QualificationsApplicants will need excellent people skills, and to be bold with suggestions and ideas. They will have an exceptional customer focused manner and impeccable attention to detail.
All applicants must have experience of working within a community engagement or similar role, preferably within a corporate or high-end service environment.
Knowledge of using meeting room booking and reservations systems (Condeco or similar) and visitor management systems is beneficial. (Check ID or similar)
