Assignment Dates: September 2025 – August 2026
Hours: 6:00pm – 10:00pm
Rate: £12.60 per hour

Overview

We are seeking an organised and proactive Events Coordinator to support the successful delivery of a variety of events. This fixed-term assignment offers the opportunity to play a key role in planning, promoting, and coordinating events, working closely with different teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organise, and coordinate events from start to finish.
  • Promote events effectively to maximise engagement and attendance.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Support with ad hoc duties as required to contribute to the success of each event.
