We're looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Events Coordinator to support our growing programme of high-profile events. In this role, you'll help plan and deliver engaging experiences while ensuring every detail runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate logistics for a variety of events - including launches, corporate functions, and seasonal celebrations.
  • Manage venues, vendors, catering, travel, and technical setup.
  • Support invitations, RSVPs, itineraries, and delegate communications.
  • Assist with event scheduling, demand management, and on-the-day coordination.
  • Contribute ideas to shape the design, look, and feel of events.
  • Create and update content for event materials and communications.
  • Ensure messages are clear, consistent, and tailored to the audience.
  • Support post-event wrap-up, feedback gathering, and continuous improvement.
