Job Title: Events Coordinator (Full-Time)

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Events Coordinator to join our team at the University of Brighton, supporting and coordinating a range of events and conferences.

Working with the Event Services Manager, you will assist in organising student, academic, research, and corporate events. Your experience in venue management, coordination with operational partners, and delivering excellent customer service will help ensure events and conferences exceed expectations.

As part of a busy team, the successful candidate will:

  1. Undertake administration for events to ensure efficient delivery of support services both on and off campus.
  2. Lead the coordination of small to medium-sized events.
  3. Prepare professional communication materials such as event schedules, programmes, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful, you will have:

  1. Experience in an events or relevant administrative role.
  2. Strong organisational and planning skills.
  3. Excellent written communication skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Good IT skills, particularly with MS Office packages.
