About the Role:

As an Event Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving sales engagement and generating leads through the operational planning and flawless execution of our EMEA field marketing and global GTM enablement events. Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Sales Enablement teams, you will contribute to the end-to-end management of a diverse portfolio of events. Your efforts will directly support our marketing objectives and empower our sales team to achieve greater success. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual passionate about creating impactful event experiences and fostering strong internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field Marketing Event Coordination:
    • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on the planning, coordination, and execution of various field marketing event formats, including conferences, tradeshows, hosted events, and hospitality initiatives.
    • Assist in conducting thorough venue and vendor research, including gathering proposals and coordinating logistics.
    • Support the management of relationships with external vendors, venues, and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
    • Collaboratively manage event logistics, encompassing catering, AV, signage, materials, and on-site support.
    • Assist in the creation of compelling and targeted event promotional materials and communications to drive registration and engagement.
    • Partner with the marketing team to develop engaging event-related content, such as presentations, signage copy, and website information.
    • Provide on-site support for events, ensuring smooth execution and proactively addressing any issues.
    • Contribute to the tracking, analysis, and reporting of key event metrics (e.g., attendance, lead generation, engagement) to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Sales Enablement Event Coordination:
    • Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to plan and execute internal sales enablement events:
      • Commercial Team Annual Kick-Off (our pinnacle event with 100+ attendees)
      • Mid-Year Training (complex multi-track training event, 100+ attendees)
      • 4x Bootcamps (smaller events for new hires)
      • Sales Club (luxury incentive trip for the best of the best achievers)
    • Efficiently manage event registration, travel, accommodation arrangements, and more.
    • Onsite execution and show support throughout our events.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in either marketing or event management or an equally relevant field
  • You’re a calm individual who can operate under pressure, deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take personal initiative.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to events locations and work occasional evenings

Bonus points for:

  • Previous experience working on B2B marketing events.
  • Fluency or proficiency in French.
