You’ll respond promptly to event requests, guiding clients through the booking process and offering recommendations that align with their needs.

Whether preparing quotes, managing room bookings, or coordinating across hospitality, logistics, AV, reception, and Condeco systems, you’ll ensure seamless communication and flawless execution every step of the way.

A commercial mindset will be important, as you’ll be expected to help maximise revenue opportunities, upsell services where appropriate, and contribute to weekly and monthly performance targets.

With a strong grasp of technology and a genuine interest in the hospitality and events industry, you’ll help maintain the highest service standards.

You’ll attend key events, assist with guest show rounds, and ensure last-minute updates are handled with professionalism and care.

From producing menus and signage to ensuring accurate billing and documentation, your contributions will ensure that every guest receives an exceptional experience, from initial contact to post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to all meeting, event, and dining enquiries, following agreed processes
  • Assist clients with the self-service booking system, prepare quotes, and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate with hospitality, logistics, reception, AV support, and Condeco teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Confirm booking details with clients and operational teams to ensure excellent event execution
  • Upsell services where appropriate, demonstrating commercial awareness to reduce costs and increase revenue
  • Complete all documentation accurately and ensure timely and correct event billing

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage a large workload while supporting multiple outlets and buildings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to efficiently process a high volume of incoming emails and work effectively within a shared mailbox system
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable
