What you'll be doing

  • Supporting colleagues to ensure that all internal and external live, digital, and exhibition events are successfully delivered, reflecting the desired environment in terms of quality and experience.
  • Managing the events team inbox and responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner, including managing the central events and webinars calendars and issuing event diary invites.
  • Coordinating the supply of events merchandise, marketing materials, and exhibition collateral, and liaising with suppliers, venues, and logistics partners to ensure smooth transportation and installation of materials in line with event timelines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for events and a desire to learn and develop - previous events experience is desirable but not essential, and we welcome applications from those who are eager to grow within the role. We offer a flexible and hybrid working model. Our comprehensive benefits package includes private medical insurance, pension contributions, an employee assistance programme, and a range of wellbeing initiatives. Enhanced parental leave is also available, reflecting our commitment to supporting you through every stage of your career and life.
