Job Advert: Events Assistant (Temporary)


Location: Canary Wharf, London
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £13.00
Working Pattern: Part-Time/ Ad Hoc basis

We are seeking a motivated Events Assistant to join our clients team based in the bustling Canary Wharf area of London. This temporary role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are eager to contribute to memorable experiences.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Event Support: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.

  • Venue Setup: Help with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and technical equipment.

  • Attendee Management: Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests and assisting with registration processes.
